The meeting with the President and Vice President of The United States was totally wonderful. Many people who had tickets were not able to get in as it turned out. I had a wonderful view of the podium. The crowd was very enthusiastic and supportive and had some hard pressing questions for both at the end of the program. They were very generous to answer 8 questions and to go among the crowd shaking hands and greeting people. They are bringing government to the people and encouraging the people to actively work with their representatives and senators to bring about responsible government. I don't see how the GOP or anyone else can possibly admit to being "unfazed" by Obama's State of the Union address. Talk about a party living in denial. This meeting at UT's Martinez Sports Complex was totally cool.
