C-SPAN pushing for cameras at health bill

WASHINGTON--A popular stump line for then Sen. Barack Obama--while on the presidential campaign trail--was a pledge to have negotiations over health care reform take place on C-SPAN in order to bring sunshine to the back room deals. On Monday--as House and Senate negotiations begin to merge the chambers different versions of the legislation--C-SPAN asked congressional leaders to allow their cameras at the sessions.
