DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2009

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

The President will then meet with members of the financial industry to discuss economic recovery, small business lending, improving lending practices for homeowners and the Administration's plans for financial reform. There will be a pool spray at the top of the meeting. Following the meeting, the President will deliver a statement on the economy in the Diplomatic Reception Room. The statement is pooled press.

The President and the Vice President will have lunch. The lunch is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will meet with President Michel Sleiman of Lebanon in the Oval Office. There will be a pool spray at the bottom of the meeting.

Later, the President will have a meeting with Senator Bob Casey in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
