In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
As a follow up to his speech on the economy today, the President will hold a bipartisan meeting with members of Congress tomorrow to discuss the next steps for growing the economy and creating jobs in the Cabinet Room. The Vice President will also attend. There will be a pool spray at the top of the meeting. Expected attendees include:

In the afternoon, the President will make a Recovery Act announcement on community health centers in the South Court Auditorium in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. This is pooled press.
Later, the President will meet with business and environmental leaders regarding the Copenhagen conference in the Roosevelt Room. This meeting is closed press.
In the evening, the President and the First Lady will travel to Oslo, Norway. The departure from the South Lawn is open press.
