arugula, pumpkin, chardonnay -- spelling!
re: "2007 granache..."
I thought it was spelled "grenache".
The presentation of the passion fruit w/vanilla gelees is not pleasing. The sauce is running all over the place into the pumpkin tart. Rather than trying to do everything, I'd probably keep to a simpler dessert. It would be too much on anybody's plate, and the clutter of the presentation detracts from what I am sure is excellent food.
thank you
"Desert" plate? Where's the sand?
Spelling! Dessert with two esses.
