Cass Sunstein, former U of Chicago law prof, confirmed for Obama post in 57-40 vote

WASHINGTON--Catching up here..former University of Chicago Law School prof and longtime Barack Obama friend and advisor Cass R. Sunstein--who moved to Harvard last year--was confirmed Sept. 10 to be Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget. The vote was largely along partisan lines, yes 57, no 40 and 2 not voting. Sunstein left the U of Chicago when he married Obama human rights and foreign policy advisor Samantha Power.
