Rahm Emanuel reads to D.C. children


2 Comments Emmanuel- reading a book to children--A cardinal sin when reading an illustrated book to children. Show the book pages to all the children, not just to ones on the right (or left ) side of the room. After each page make an arch motion with the
open book so the children can see the illustrations. A former teacher.

Thank you for sharing this clip with the public. It is great to see our officials taking the time to connect with our little citizens. Rahm Emanuel once again made my day.
