WASHINGTON--Vice President Biden hits Chicago later this month, to speak to the "2009 National Urban League Conference: The Path to Power" on July 31st at 10:30 am. The conference is being held at McCormick Place.

Welcome Mr. Vice President Joe Biden to the Windy City.
Please listen intently to our concerns and take them back to President Obama and discuss ways to finance or implement programs to help facilitate entrepreneurial programs for job creation.
Some communities were already suffering and in dire straits before the economic crisis, and seek knowledge (business acumen and financial infusion) to transform a dismal situation into an economic bonanza for wealth creation.
