DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2009

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing and the Economic Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed press.

The President will then travel to Cleveland, Ohio. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport is open press.

In the afternoon, the President will tour the Cleveland Clinic with Governor Ted Strickland. The tour is closed press. The President will then hold a town hall on health care reform at Shaker Heights High School. The town hall is open press.

Later, the President will travel to Chicago, Illinois. The arrival at O'Hare International Airport is open press. The President will attend a fundraiser at the residence of Penny Pritzker. There will be print pool coverage. Then the President will deliver remarks at a fundraiser at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The President's remarks will have travel pool coverage.

At night, the President will return to Washington, DC. The arrival on the South Lawn is open press.
