Make no mistake president Obama's appearence before american jewry nor his visit to israel will make any change in the actions of the Israeli government or have influence on its citizens. The stories that Israel will have a friend in the Whitehouse can not come in place of the safety of the Jewish state. There will never be an independent Palestinian state with in the area of Judea Samaria and Gaza. Abbas made it clear that he will never recognize Israel as a Jewish state and that he demands actively destroy Israel by flooding it with refugees.
