DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

In the morning, the President will sign the Weapons Systems Acquisition Reform Act in the Rose Garden. This event is open press.
The President will then depart the White House en route Annapolis, where he will deliver the commencement address at the US Naval Academy. The commencement is open to pre-credentialed media. The President's departure from and arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
In the afternoon, the President will sign the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure (CARD) Act in the Rose Garden. The new law enacts needed reforms that provide American consumers with the strong and reliable protections they deserve. The event is open press.
