WASHINGTON--First Lady Michelle Obama is the cover on the new issue of Time Magazine. "There are thousands of Michelle and Barack Obamas all over this nation," Mrs. Obama told the newsweekly.
We learn: Mrs. Obama walks Bo the dog in the morning; President Obama takes the puppy out for his last walk at night.
Best advice from former first ladies to Mrs. Obama: Go to the Camp David retreat as much as you can.

There should be no doubt who is the First Lady of the United States! Michelle Obama is without a doubt one of the most engaging, brilliant, and savvy women to have ever graced this role. She is prophetic in her behavior and attitudes regarding America's place in the world. She has charisma and she is kind, loving, and strong.
And as happens with all strong women, it has taken a bit of time for some to cotton to her ways and manner.We have much for which to be thankful in the quality of Michelle as her "meaning" continues to unfold.
And what is it that this first lady has contributed? The person that should have graced the cover of Time is the possible missing link that was recently unearthed in Germany.
I would have bought the Magazine. But no one I know is interested at all in this Michelle hype when women of philanthropic means are not even mentioned. Please..please no more Obamas. We are so sick of them. Also having to have their faces shown for this and that, and they haven't contributed anything to the quality of life. NONE whatsoever...in fact... their regime is going to go down in History as one of the biggest farces in American History. Mark my words.
Or Nancy Pelosi's downfall. Something with meaning. Real meaning.

You definitely should have something christian to do at nights instead of posting "hateful" comments about the nation First Lady. You should show the same respect to the current First Lady as so many of Americans have shown the same regards for the former First Lady. Hate definitely becomes you. I am so proud of being a American that can elect a highly intellectual figure in a democratic way even knowing that comments like yours are just part of the minority.
So, why would she deserve being on the cover of TIME? Has she accomplished anything on her own? Please, she is NOT news.

Our first lady is an inspiration to all women and the president to all men and there children toall children and there grandmother to all mothers and grandmothers we love you all. Even those who think they hate you , give them time to heal, they will come to there reasoning and true self. We must pray for them.

this is the first time i have ever been fascinated by a first lady in the white house. I hope to read more about her and the family she has.
When the enemies of Pres. Obama are unable to get to Barack they will use his woman. First Lady Michelle needs to find a niche and work on it and be successful like other first ladies have done and not try to steal the show away from the President. She needs to do less talking and being in front of the news and DO something for American society say, Sickle Cell disease, Sugar Diabetes, battered wives, etc.
Pres Barack Obama needs to get stern with his wife and tell her to shut up and be quiet for a while and be helpful by doing something.
