Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, McConnell to Unveil Bust of Sojourner Truth

Washington, D.C. - Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Republican Leader John Boehner, Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, and Members of Congress will be joined by First Lady Michelle Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today at 11 a.m. to unveil a bust of Sojourner Truth in Emancipation Hall. The ceremony will also include musical performances by Lomax Spaulding, Dorinda Clarke Cole and Yolanda Adams, and by the Ron Clark Academy. Actress Cicely Tyson will give a reading at the event.
