Motorcade to/from Sidwell Friends, Lower School
Bethesda, Md.

POTUS and FLOTUS took a motorcade to Sidwell Friends, Lower School, in
Bethesda, Md., this morning for what the White House press office says
was a "class presentation." The Lower School is where the first family's
younger daughter, Sasha, attends. We're told by the White House press
office that the daughters, Sasha and Malia, were driven to school
separately, earlier this morning.

Before they departed, the motorcade of black vehicles held on the East
Driveway until POTUS and FLOTUS exited the East Wing. POTUS walked to
the rear right door of a waiting black SUV and got in. FLOTUS, wearing a
calf-length purple coat, lavender scarf and black heels entered the rear
left door of the same vehicle.

The motorcade pulled out at 7:39 a.m.

The motorcade proceeded north on Connecticut Avenue. Since this was a
non-official trip, the motorcade stopped at every traffic light.

The motorcade arrived at the Sidwell Friends Lower School at 8:15 a.m.

POTUS and FLOTUS were seen walking on a path past a playground with a
pink plastic slide toward the school. FLOTUS walked on the left and
POTUS on the right. POTUS was wearing a dark suit with a white collared
shirt and blue tie, no overcoat. FLOTUS was wearing the previously
mentioned purple overcoat and lavender scarf.

POTUS and FLOTUS were not seen exiting the school or getting back into
the vehicle for the return trip. They did not speak to the pool or make
any comments. A small group of three adults and two young children on a
corner waved and screamed "hi" as the motorcade passed.

The motorcade returned to the White House via the southwest entrance at
9:51 a.m.

FLOTUS was seen walking from the vehicle back to the East Wing entrance.
She was wearing a purple skirt suit and carried her purple overcoat over
her arm.

At about the same time, across the Rose Garden, SOS Hillary Clinton was
seen standing on the walkway in front of the Oval Office. She wore a
dark pink jacket.

Shortly thereafter, POTUS was seen walking along the walkway toward the
Oval Office. Clinton was no longer there, so the two did not meet. POTUS
waved at photographers. A Blackberry was seen clipped to his belt. He
entered the Oval Office at 9:54 a.m.
