but of course...lol. i heard from a reliable source that the "O" (upper case) planned on channeling judy garland and micky rooney for the event..kind of a half-time entertainment thing.
i guess we're all catholics (lower case "c") now...locked into some wannabe purgatory. i'm just dying to see what dorothy parker will wear, dahling...and sted...
after what the "O" said about american youth and why she was opening a 'school' in south africa, perhaps her energies could best be spent flying east...way east, yes?
Can you say reverse racism - no? Well then just say Oprah. Same difference.
I think I'm going to be sick and vomit. Oprah is absolutely pathetic. She states that she is not political and she does a show such as this. What a hypocrite! I can't believe I actually respected this person/woman at one point in my life. I must have been absolutely delusional and had a moment of lapse in judgement. She couldn't even have Governor Sarah Palin on her show which shows you the census of the liberal media outlet. Let me clue you in middle class white woman brought you to fame and fortune Oprah! Sarah Palin doesn't need or will ever need your seal of approval.
Hi Lynn :)
Here is a quote you can use sometime:
"Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies."
- Groucho Marx
which perfectly sums up the Bush administration.
AT THE END OF THE DAY, ISN'T OPRAH WINFREY AN
AFRICAN-AMERICAN, SHE TOOK HER SHOW TO TEXAS WHEN
SHE WAS BEING SUED FOR SLANDER BY THE MEAT GUYS,
SO WHY DO YOU FEEL SHE SHOULDN'T TAKE HER SHOW
TO D.C. FOR THE INAGURATION, GET A LIFE, SHE IS
GREAT AND YOU ARE MAKING APPLES OUT OF ORANGES!
SHE HAS SUPPORTED THE MAN FROM DAY ONE, SHE
WASN'T SOME JOHNNY COME LATELY, SHE WAS ON BOARD
FROM DAY ONE!
THAT'S WHY THE NIGHT BARACK OBAMA WON THE PRIMARY
AND JOHN MCCAIN CHOSE TO MAKE A SPEECH THE SAME
NIGHT, HE SHOWED ALOT OF DISRESPECT, THAT WAS
OBAMA'S NIGHT NOT ANYONE ELSES!
DON'T EVER FORGET THAT AFRICAN-AMERICANS HELPED
BUILD THIS COUNTRY, WE HAVE FOUGHT IN EVERY WAR,
NOW YOU WANT TO ATTACK OPRAH WINFREY, WHEN EVERY
ONE KNOWS THAT MORE WHITES WATCH HER SHOW THAN
BLACKS, NOW SOME WHITES ARE ANGRY WITH HER BECAUSE
SHE SUPPORTED OBAMA, WHO WAS SHE SUPPOSE TO
BE FOR, EVERYONE KNEW INCLUDING OPRAH, THAT OBAMA
WAS THE BEST CANDIDATE, IT HAD TO DO WITH CONTENT
NOT COLOR, FOR ONCE A SMART MAN IS GOING TO RUN
THE GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH!
A FAMILY MAN, NOT A MAN WHO CHASES OTHER WOMEN,
A PROUD FATHER, A DECENT MAN, A RESPECTFUL MAN!
AS FAR AS PALIN, SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T HAVE HER
ON DURING THE CAMPAIGN, NOW PALIN DOESN'T WANT
TO GO ON HER SHOW, AND THAT IS HER RIGHT TO DO
SO, DON'T BE ANGRY AT OPRAH, HER MONEY IS TO
LONG TO BE ANGRY WITH!
