I am embarrassed and ashamed by the games played by our governor. This is just one more reason for the people in Wisconsin and elsewhere to look down on us.

Great information, Lynn, on Burris's political history. Sounds like he chose to accept because he's had problems getting elected. Has been in political retirement......why come back now?? A real gamble to appoint someone from the Daley machine, even though it appears that he has a good reputation. I'd be curious to know if Blago had any help selecting him.
