Obama third press conference on the economy in three days. Look for Clinton, National Security team roll out next week.

President-elect Barack Obama will introduce more of his economic team Wednesday morning at a Chicago press conference, his third in three days. Watch for the appointment of Obama's National Security team--holdover Defense Sec. Robert Gates and Secretary of State-designate Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton--next week, with a press conference likely on Monday.

Wow! Looks like Bush said to Barack--"Listen, I can't take much more of this. You do it!"
Bush and Obama need to get together and watch Stephen Colbert's Christmas special,

or the jokes about the bailout on Funky Winkerbean's strip:

What _time_ is (was?) the conference. Include the time zone, too, please

LET US ALL SAY A PRAYER THAT BARBARA BUSH WILL
BE OKAY, SHE WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL LAST
NIGHT WITH STOMACH PAINS!
AS YOU ALL KNOW SHE IS THE MOTHER OF THE CURRENT
PRESIDENT!
ONCE AGAIN PRAYING FOR BARBARA BUSH AND THE BUSH
FAMILY!

Phil. Don't tell me who to pray for. This woman called Geraldine Ferraro that B*#($q.
The sooner daddy bush and mamma die, the sooner we can learn about the genocide the man did in Central America and the lives of americans helping with the Sandinista Revolution.

After reading Saturday's Sun-Times (10/29) article by Christopher Hitchens (read it everybody) I admit I have second thoughts on Hillary being Sec. of State. And definatly a poor example of 'change'.

BTW, When stuff blows up, I blame a Bush, in your reply to Phil unless you have ABSOLUTE and 100% PROOF/EVIDENCE your reply to him is without substance and unwarrented......I bet your one of those 9/11 was an inside job committed by us, also.

"Inside job?" No. I don't believe the people who also stole 2 presidential elections are part of the general U.S. population.

36% of Americans polled don't believe the official story.
And that's with the mainstream media pretty much ignoring valid criticisms of investigations and official pronouncements from the lying torture-mongers in power.
But that will change:

Defending yourself with CHRISTOPHER HITCHENS?
Surely you jest. If The Nation didn't learn from the massive loss of circulation when he was allowed to say there was nothing sexist about 2 Live Crew's album---or with his other crazy claims. The man attacks religion for ALL the wrong reasons.
And I'm gonna bet that Colbert's duet with Costello was taking the idiot on in their own hilarious way.

Hmm, okay "John" (did you used to blog as "John E"? and claim that supporting Hillary for top of the ticket meant a person wanted to splinter the party?)
maybe we can agree on one thing?
That having Joe Liebermann on board is perhaps a bad choice?
I like what Cenk Uygur said in Huff Post about this:
"...I was most concerned about this when Obama pressed Senate Democrats to keep Joe Lieberman in his Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee Chair. That's the committee that would "investigate" Obama if things went wrong.

Lieberman never thought it was worthwhile to investigate Bush, including the Hurricane Katrina response (even though this was one of his campaign promises). But Republicans investigated Bill Clinton's Christmas card list and his cat, literally. You think Lieberman won't side with Republicans if it suits his political advantage to start a nonsense investigation of Obama? Then you don't know Lieberman at all...."
