Strategic, I guess. Targeting financial press? I guess he figured the Chicago papers have bloggers?
For the most part they are news wires that get picked up in papers internationally. USA Today is a national paper and the wash Post, the Wash Post.
Besides, they have proven themselves to be journalists not celebrity stalkers like the Sun Times press pool.
