To me this is a disturbing story.

Senator Obama is aware of his sibling's existence and has met him at least twice.

With the income that he has and the connections he has you would hope that he would do something to help him and any other brother or sister he has.

That would be the right thing to do!

I wouldn't hold this v. Obama except for the fact the liberal blogs where all over Cindy McCain having a half-sister, etc. So whats that old saying, "no double-standard, please."

However, this does make Obama's speech concerning Black fathers seem even more relevant. Its obvious Barack had a dead-beat dad. And he wants that ended. And makes Jackson's outrage about this more factual, also. This makes Jackson's hypocrisy even more obvious.

Lynn, why is your paper hiding on this Annenberg Challenge controversy? When Obama headed this project for Bill Ayers. Could be a big story. Follow the money trail and (lack) results. And why UIC (which is a STATE school) isn't letting investagators look at the documents....What are they hiding?
