ABC's Jake Tapperand Politico's Carrie Budoff Brown report that Obama national trip director Marvin Nicholson left Obama's birthday present--and his suitcase--in a Chicago taxi cab on Sunday night.
Taper said Nicholson got out of the cab at the Palmer House Hilton. Clues: the cab was yellow, the driver was playing 70s songs.
