ONE DAY YOU'RE UP AND THE NEXT DAY JOHN EDWARDS PULLS THE RUG
FROM UNDER YOU AND ENDORSES BARACK OBAMA!
WEST VIRGINIA WILL VOTE FOR OBAMA IN NOVEMBER!
HILLARY THAT NEW MATH YOU'RE TRYING TO USE WILL NOT WORK!

One of the reasons I wasn't that sad to leave the silly state of Michigan was the rampant sexism and ignorance—starting in the mid to late 1970s the state fell for HeeHaw and Fundamentalist Christianity, David Stockman and Reaganomics. And they did this despite the fact that Michigan schools USED to be funded equally per student—not based on tax income per district.
Education in Michigan was great.
(Blame it on Television?)
The state went NUTS in the late 70s.
But it was certifiable in the 80s.
And the stupid auto workers and farmers and yuppies from Detroit (blame radio deregulation that took news off the radio?) kept voting republican--even as it was OBVIOUS that the republicans were sticking it to them.
And to hear the ignorant ones who'd flocked to the event in Grand Rapids BOO Hillary after Edwards was praising her was what
I've come to expect out of my former home state--damned little.
We WIN by being civil toward the people who may have faltered on:
the war (Hillary's vote was one of 94 pressured into it by Bush--only 6 voted against--okay?),
or;
NAFTA (even Kerry has admitted that nobody counted on the American corporations being THIS greedy--well, I coulda told 'em, but, no matter now).
We WIN by uniting either now or at the convention, but tearing us apart in the meantime is not the way we win.
Hillary (and Bill) and John and Barack are the future.
WANNA BOO SOMEBODY?
Boo the STUPID AUTO EXECS who DESTROYED the Electric Car –no doubt some sort of progeny of the idiots who spied on Ralph Nader or who stupidly refused to retool in the mid 70s.
Rent WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR and learn who the real Michigan-based enemies are.
Michigan’s real enemies are NOT Hillary and Bill Clinton.
They never were.

Happy Birthday Lynn !!

Yeah, he endorsed him. And then sent out millions of emails soliciting funds for his College for Everyone project. He sent it within an hour of his speech, and he sent it on his Edwards campaign stationery.
Last lines in the email were:
Paid for by John Edwards for President
410 Market Street, Suite 400, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 (919) 636-3131. johnedwards.com.

Since I never was a subscriber to his campaign emails, my question is this: DID EDWARDS SELL OUT FOR A MAILING LIST?

I'm really angry.

Yesterday Barack Obama gave the Michigan voters something special since he was not allowed to campaign there earlier in the earlier - a John Edwards endorsement!! It's time now to give Florida something special - an Al Gore endorsement of the next President of the United States!!

I think they would make a great team

Lynn,
If you count the votes of Florida and Michigan, I believe Hillary Clinton will win the popular vote..... If you look at the big states and the swing states that she has won, she is the hands down winner of the general election in November against John McCain. If you look at the record rate of foreclosures reported in April, 2008 (almost 250,000 in one month nationally), she has addressed this with a call for a moratorium on foreclosures..., which is the way that a certain Democratic President named Franklin Roosevelt addressed the issue..
If the Democrats, like Rahm Emmanuel, want to throw the election, it is obvious that they will continue to push the transparent fraud of Obama, IF THEY WANT TO WIN THE ELECTION, it is patently obvious that Hillary Clinton is the nominee, without a doubt.

Which way it goes, remains to be seen. The fact that Hillary has stood up to threats and a constant media barrage is all the more reason to believe she has the mettle to be the President of the United States
