

WASHINGTON--The red ribbon has just been cut at home plate and the Washington Nationals are on the field and the Baltimore Orioles are at bat for the first game in this new ball park down the street from the Capitol. For the record, the first pitch was thrown at 6:10 p.m. eastern time. The temperature is 53 degrees.
