Hello Lynn:

The menu is not too bad, however, they could have left out the pecans in the smoked beef tenderloin (and green chili cheese grits souffle?).

For a German Chancellor, I would have served traditional German fare with perhaps some American deserts showing a contrast.
I am sure that a good time was had by all.
