Sweet's Oct. 16 Clips: Obama, Clinton and primary cash.

HIGHLAND PARK, ILL.-- The Obama clip file on Tuesday is heavy on campaign finance stories, with Clinton leading with primary cash on hand, even after givng back a bunch of cash to donors bundled by disgraced Democrat Norman Hsu. Republicans lag behind Dems, with Giuliani ahead in the GOP cash race.
