Barack Obama to Deliver Major Policy Speech on Turning the Page in Iraq

CHICAGO – The Obama for America Campaign today announced that U.S. Senator Barack Obama will deliver a major foreign policy speech outlining his plan to turn the page in Iraq on Wednesday. Obama will deliver the address in Clinton during a two-day swing through eastern Iowa that will also include town hall meetings in Davenport, Maquoketa, Anamosa, and Dubuque.
