Congressional Quarterly is reporting that Rep. Mark Steven Kirk (R-Ill.) may face a second challenge from Democrat Dan Seals in the north suburban 10th congressional district.
Seals, who lost with 47 percent of the vote, has been raising money for a possible 2008 bid, CQ reported.

If you want real, meaningful progress, don't keep empowering the same two corporate-sponsored political parties.
