Just a few items of note before the schedule:

Boehner's pen-and-pad session with reporters will be held this morning in the H-107 conference room in the Capitol at 11:30 a.m. SHARP.
I expect we could add one more suspension to the calendar this week on energy: a bill encouraging research and development of hydrogen sources.
H.R. 4681 - Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006-which was previously listed on the schedule for consideration today will NOT be considered this week.
The item that most of you are keeping an eye on today-the military funerals bill listed below as #8-is expected to receive consideration at around 3:45 pm today
