Bush, Blair at White House tonight. Iraq troop withdrawl on the table

The two leaders, President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair, hold a press conference at 6:30 p.m. Chicago time.

This morning, President Bush will make remarks at the Change of Command Ceremony for the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard. In the evening, the President will participate in a greeting with Prime Minister Tony Blair of the United Kingdom. President Bush will later participate in a joint press availability with the Prime Minister.
