Sweet's Weekend Update: Obama in Vermont Friday--Sings in Gridiron Saturday after a Boston stop--on Face the Nation Sunday

| | Comments (0)

On Friday, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) was scheduled to stump for Rep. Bernie Sanders, the independent running as a Democratic for a Senate seat from Vermont.

Vermont is next to New Hampshire, but this is not an item about 2008 White House bids.

But Obama is having another one of those types of weekends that can fuel more (could there be more) speculation about his future.

Friday, as noted,Obama in Vermont.
Saturday, after a stop in Boston he's paired with Republican Lynne Cheney at the Gridiron ( see previous posts for details)
Sunday, he's on ``Face the Nation'' on CBS.
