NASCAR driver Bobby Hamilton Jr. is accused of pulling a gun on fellow drivers at his Tennessee race track.
Hamilton reportedly displayed his gun during a dispute with another racer and crew member after they were disqualified. There was disagreement over a refund and Hamilton pulled the weapon, the pair claims.
Hamilton said he was going to his truck to get the refund, but felt threatened. The men reached into their pockets, which contained knives, he claims.
No charges have been filed due to the "he said, she said" nature of the incident, according to police.
