Judge for yourself. It's definitely more appropriate than what we're used to seeing her in.
Sainz was at Jets camp to score an interview with Mark Sanchez over the weekend. But things didn't go so smoothly for the pin-up girl. Rex Ryan and quarterbacks coach Dennis Thurman reportedly intentionally overthrew passes during a drill so they would land next to the comely reporter.
Team officials and the NFL have subsequently said they're looking into the incident.
Today, Sainez tweeted, "Thanks everyone for your support. I already spoke to the NFL, which will decide if there will or will not be consequences. I can say that at the time I didn't want to pay attention to what was happening but the rest of the media heard clearly and in solidarity have denounced what happened, hoping that there is always a respectful climate."

This broad either needs to be more professional in her Attire as a "reporter" or expect people to look. DO NOT tell me Jeans are something a respectable reporter would wear. Especially not a pair that looks like she needed lube and 2 assistants to put on...
If this were a womens football team treating a male reporter this way everyone would have just laughed. It would have been considered just being cute. But!!!! these were just a bunch of animals circling there pray and getting ready for the kill. This is a poor attitude for society to have towards men. This is also more than likely just a publicity stunt....it works everytime.
Man....all I can see is a butt....
Sorry. :(
you are another mexican parasite looking for a handout. this time through litigation, no doubt.
LOL
Erin Andrews wannabe. wahhh, look at me! I'm so sexy! WAIT! DON'T look at me, I'm a serious sideline reporter with painted on jeans!
Her story is ridiculous! It's a blatant attempt at receiving more attention. When you self-proclaim you're the "hottest" you're obviously trying to use your body. Just like with being a celebrity, when you do that you have to take the good with the bad and sometimes someone's going to give you the attention you've been asking for and when it happens, don't cry foul!
This all started when female reporters demanded to be allowed into the locker rooms. And then,,, "the players walk around naked". Get used to it - or get another job.
Wow... those jeans go all the way up and sure do make an ass outta themselves.
nice dumper!!!

Wow. Way to make about race.
she's not even mexican... she's the former miss spain.
Good lord, this broad would attract attention anywhere she went dressed like this (church, school, courthouse) much less an NFL practice field. If you don't want to be gawked at, don't wear skin tight clothing and don't be hot. I'm sure Howard Cosell never got harassed.
Actually, the jeans come in a can and you spray them on. Sheesh! She puts all her "business" out there, then get upset when someone comments on it. The jeans don't even come up to her waist! We used to call them "hip-huggers." Get a real job, Little Girl. Leave the reporting to the men who really know about sports!!! (Yes, I am a female with brains and self-respect.)
What's with the jeans? didn't her thong and halter top come back from the dry cleaners in time?
As a female sports fan. I have to say that I can't stand to see a woman reporter in mens sports. Please stick to the female sports like softball, volleyball, gymnastics. I know Im wrong in saying this but I just dont like to see a woman on the field interviewing a male athlete. There is just something wrong with that picture. I would much rather listen to Bob Costas than Erin Andrews!! Sorry ladies..
Hey Danny,
I was one of those assistants who helped her in her jeans and I can tell you first hand they were very appropriate. You were right, though, about needing lube.
Steven wrote on September 13, 2010 at 1:35 pm in response to John's comment on the same date at 1:11 pm:
"Wow. Way to make about race."
Well, Steven first of all John's comment was about a nationality (Mexico), not race. And considering all of the facts as known about this incident, I think he was accurate.
Ms. Sainz's jeans, while covering her up, were clearly meant to be provocative. Given the audience she was "playing" to and her own self-proclaimed status as "Hottest Sports Reporter in Mexico," just what would she have expected? If she wants to be taken seriously as a reporter, then she needs to look the part. If a pin-up girl is her goal, then she's succeeding and should learn to accept the consequences of her choices.
All I can say is - outstanding, simply outstanding. That said, I would think business attire is what she should have been wearing to work. But far be it from me to complain.
My wife looks almost that good in a pair of jeans.
I really don't understand why she expects to go into a locker room or anywhere that has a pack of men and not expect to have cat calls etc.
This is your typical spanish women looking for a way to expand her limelight.
she looks like that she had to pour herself into the jeans, I don't see any other reporters dress code that includes tight jeans with a ass popping out saying look at me look at me.
This is bull crap and all about her, if this was my child I would be ashamed of the way she looks. I think she should shut up and it should be dropped.
But no no no, she will have to make some money off of it or get an exclusive for reporting on the jets.
As one said before look at the other pics of her all over the web.
Spanish Hot Tamale look for????????????? Plus
Unreal
I've always wondered....are male reporters allowed in womens basketball and vollyball locker rooms?
She is just another product of today’s Liberal world view where society, that tells girls to dress like and act like whorish prostitutes, then expect people to treat you as a respectful lady. Funny how women dress like that, yet are shocked at men behavior towards them. There is a reason why Muslim covers their woman up, she that men won’t fantasy and harass women. Americans use to have enough sense, and knew better, but not anymore.
This story kind of reminds me of the girl that went up to Mike Tyson’s hotel room at 2 or 3 in the morning, and may or may not have been raped by him, yet she wanted our sympathy.
What women want from society, is a double standard for their behaviors, so that they can be whores, yet mothers too!
shes got a damn nice ass! show the front damnit!
wait, I just looked at her face...shes a butterface in my opinion. Body is a 10, face is a 6.5. Im from Southern California just to give a geographical reference as to my score.
Bombshell? REALLY??!! Her face is ok and she does have a nice rear but other than that she wouldnt even turn my head if i saw her on the street if i was facing her as i was walking. My guess is that the NFL players were just being nice so she didnt know how unattractive she is.
Being that Chicago has always been the most corrupt city in America I would think that you have better things to do with your time?
She looks like she is trying to find Tiger Woods.
Wow. How the HECK did she get those on...??
Apparently she must feel her 15 minutes are over and is looking for some kind of financial payout to get her through.
Hottest female reporter? Hah!! She just may be the hottest FEMALE!!! Her photos are something else! Who can blame a football player for hitting on her! I wanna hit on her!!
All that was missing was the "pole" and bad stripping music.
Once again people are jumping on a story before it's confirmed. Inez Sainz never lodged a complaint about her treatment by Jets players. She said she couldn'tbelieve the media was running away with a story like this. Make sure you get your facts right before running off at the mouth!

Come on man this chick is just lookin for ratings. She comes from a television station that is second in popularity in that country. And by the way what is she doing there anyway Mexican people don't care about football. They care About futbol so tell u what don't come over here looking for popularity points, cause we have enough over here with Jim Rome.
A tshirt on Sainz and pray for rainz.
Watching football all weekend, didn't Carona run an where essentially the same thing happened? These guys are just helping out the sponsors!
As a wife and mother of a teenage son, I'm often offended by women who want to parade themselves around in sexy clothing and then cry foul when men look. It would be just as inappropriate for a male reporter to show up in work-out attire. I hope she doesn't get a dime.
WOW- thats an awesome backside! i bet that has has what has gotten her this far in life:)
She's not even supporting the sexual harrassment claims!! If you're gonna hate on her, hate on her reporting skills. She wouldn't even have this job if she looked like the female equivalent of John Clayton, and I also doubt she would keep it if most people, especially pro football players, stopped noticing her. Yeah she's hot, but I imagine she's used to attention for her looks and, so what, she dresses in stylish skinny jeans. Is she violating a formal dress code for pro football reporters? Thank god she's wearing a tucked in short sleeve shirt. If it were a tank top, she'd not only be a Mexican parasite looking for a handout, she'd be a Mexican parasite slut looking for a handout.
If this idiot woman is fool enough to barge into a locker room filled with towel-only-clad men, then she forfeits any right to complain about what she 'sees' or how she's 'treated'.
What if some dude reporter barged into a female athlete's locker room and said he was 'just reporting'? How would they like THAT?
I agree with Seth. All I see is ass. There is nothing else in the pic to look at.
Nice bubble ass.
The NFL is looking into it??? Why? Because they whistled at her and tried to get close to her?? Good grief. PC BS. She's pretty - they're men - get over it.

She is a Lisa Olson wannabe.
That was the broad who sued the New England Patriots for sexual harrassment because she didn't like the treatment she got in the locker room.
I'd do her! After all, she's asking for it
She was definitely dressed appropriately. For a whore!
Everyone knows what's going on here. She's trying to make (more of) a name for herself. She jams her bottom into those jeans and then pouts and says "I was appropriately dressed". Parasite and nothing more. She should be banned from all pro locker rooms and (hopefully) lose her job as a "info babe".
If you have a great body and you go to a place with all men strutting your stuff you should expect some attention. As long as no one gropped or attacked her it was all in good fun. By getting all offended by it, she will loose her ability to get interviews. Like I said as long as it was tasteful not vulgar remarks and not touching it is good fun. Anything more is crossing the line. I don't believe she looks at the guys without at least thinking how great they look.
She is dressed like a slut. No need to investigate that.
I heard an interview from one of Inez' close coworkers and friends and he said that he talked with her and she did not file a complaint with anyone in any way. She is baffled as to how this "complaint" came about and says that nothing was said or done that offended her in any way. It seems to me that she is clear of any blame in this matter and someone else is causing this crap. Maybe people should learn to wait for the facts before jumping to conclusions as to who's to blame and why.
After looking at her photo gallery, I wonder how she can ever hope for "a respectful climate." As everyone attending a job interview knows, clothing is non-verbal communication. When verbal and non-verbal communication conflict, the "noisiest" will be believed. Although this young woman verbally demands respectful treatment, her clothes scream "Don't take me seriously; I'm only a sex symbol!" Why should she get all offended when men believe the non-verbal message she communicates so consistently and effectively?
Also, she doesn't seem to understand that no one can legislate respect. Human nature will surface in spite of all the laws against it, and women put themselves in danger when they pretend it has been legislated away.
Because she is a human being, she has great worth. I hope that she will recognize that and begin to communicate that non-verbally as clearly as she does verbally.
John are you stuped its not a race thing it a career thing
I would even watch a soccer game (for 5 minutes) if she were the featured item on the field.
If all illegals looked like her we would have no anti-Mexican predjuice.
Can you imagine how much Home Depot sales would go up if she was out front with a sign- will work for--

All that journalism inside them jeans?

Good Gawd!! That ass is DEEE-LUXXX baby......holy s**t
LOL Ogyu! ...her lovely journalism lumps
John that likes to comment about the Hispanics would never in his life have a shot at something like that. Probably never has and that's why he's an angry little man. But back to the matter at hand, her face has publicity stunt written all over it, and her behind has "Wax Me" written all over it. I just came...
What a bunch of retarded, inbred, sports fanatic imbeciles. You, trailer trash, make the Taliban proud. For one, she not asking for a handout. If you people can read beyond the third grade level, you would find out that this Mexican born sports reporter was only tweeting about her embarrassed experience, nothing more, nothing less. She's not asking for anything. In fact she said that the whole experience was taken out of proportion.
Second, those of you sport fanatics with the I.Q. of your day old cheap beer temperature, should try to at least pretend to be a bit more cultured. I know it will be difficult to get yourself off the trailer park mentality, but blaming a woman for the way she dresses? C'mon!! No wonder your thirteen year old daughter got pregnant by her 65 year old cousin.
Quite ironic, the way you write about women and their wardrobe. Seriously makes me believe you're a bunch inbred, drunk, trailer trash homosexuals. How's that male butt patting working out for ya? Way to go Tea Party!! Before making comments, educate yourself, imbeciles!!
What is wrong with what she's wearing? Sure, she'd make a potato sack look good but so what? The players are supposed to be professionals, what they hell were they thinking? Did they suppose she was there to 'entertain' the team? I don't think so! The microphone in her hand is a badge of her profession and those animals should be more respectful, especially when they're visiting another country, whatever country it is!
Some of these comments are even more out of line than the player, too, BTW, but at least that's the forum we're in - comment sections seem to garner no respect for anybody, including many of the writers, who seem to have no self-respect!
Grow up! Are you people suggesting that good looking women shouldn't have public jobs? What a drab world that would be.
Ines needs to re-think what appropriate dress is...when you pour yourself into jeans and top....expect a "few" comments....don't like em don't blame the men for "doin what comes naturally!"
By Judy on September 13, 2010 2:28 PM

You forgot to add "jealous" to your little list there.
SHE LOOKS LIKE A TYPICA SPANISH TRASH. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.
SHE LOOKS LIKE A TYPICA SPANISH TRASH. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.
I actually saw someone at least that attractive ahead of me in san diego county today.(without the cloven hind jeans) Not a normal occurence for a 50 year old divorced guy. NFL studs should be used to loads of groupies (which I always felt mixer drivers deserved) throwing themselves at them. I think it's just the lowered standard of behavior. Which is why I'd rather watch Steve Sabol Films from the 80's than these inked out gargantuans. Nuff said.
this is an obvious double standard. if a man wan to enter a womans lockeroom dress inapropretly, it would be sexual harrassement. but if its a woman its harrassment.
Except, hey anonymous, go rear end your camel! Or was it you couldn't bear to leave your brother's behind. rofl.
Come on people, what is this womens real agenda. She is selling sex, for her network any way you look at.. Ever take a look at the mexican tv stations. There networks are nothing but sex, sex, sex. She probably does thing its appropriate attire. On the other hand how can she cry wolf.
I thought for a moment Merridith was going to go after her, an then suddenly she just backed off booooo Meridith, I was beginning to expect more. Oh well just liberal media.
I just blogged about this very subject matter.
It is sexual harassment for the NFL to allow reporters into the area where they can see athletes shower and dress.
As a woman... Let's be realistic here. When you dress like a sexpot, you will be treated as such. Sexy-Cute outfit, I'd wear it... TO A NIGHT CLUB where everyone else was dressed that way. I would not call that even remotely appropriate attire for the job she was performing.
Honestly, I'd wonder more about the men on the field if they DIDN'T have some type of response. If she wants to wear an outfit like that and not be noticed or hit on, then she needs to go to a Gay Male Club.
Im watching this chick on the Today Show right now. Ridiculous.
Odd that this former Miss Spain who makes more than probably everyone posting on this is 'looking for a handout'
Actually, morons, if you want to read up it was an American reporter who said she should not have to put up with what she was putting up with and apologized.
I picture a bunch of fat, overweight rednecks posting comments on here from their dial-up internet.
It's like rubbing raw hamburger meat all over yourself and then being surprised when every dog in the neighborhood comes sniffing around and then humps your leg too. She's a tart. 6gzczb
Get it right people: SHE NEVER SAID SHE WAS UPSET ABOUT ANY REMARK MADE TO HER ONLY THAT SHE WAS EMBARRASSED. She is HOT and this is America where you can dress anyway you please. She dresses how she feels, not to please (or displease) anyone. She did NOT say she was being sexually harassed, the media said that.
IS she really Mexican ? All the Mexicans I have seen are brown and look nothing like her...She looks white. Heck she looks whiter than most White Americans do.
Don't look at me....Oh wait. Look at me. But don't make any comments. She didn't even hear what was going on? Who's the feminist that brought it up?
this is not news
WOW!! Baby Got Back!!!
She got exactly what she wanted ... media attention.
Dressed appropriate ae you kidding??? This tramp should be apologizing to the Jets. Despite that she acts stupid she knew exactly what she was doing. What the hell is she doing in the mens locker room anyways dressed like a stripper which she is flaunting that butt and rubbing it in everyones face. If you want to be treated like a professional---act like one. This is a job. Good looking women who are attention hookers are really starting to piss people off. You dress like that, get harrassed, get your 5 min of fame then want to sue?
Any nerd that defends this worthless bimbo is crazy. She is 100% wrong and should be on her hands and knees begging for her job back.
Anonymous, if you are reading all these posts you would realize your error in stating "Seriously makes me believe you're a bunch inbred, drunk, trailer trash homosexuals." I think everyone here has a healthy, sober, heterosexual, and well written expression of natural male attraction to females. Perhaps if the "politically correct" were not trying to make men into emotionless, feminine, emasculated furniture they would realize the universal truth that in the end NATURE ALWAYS WINS. It is male nature to sexually pursue females. If you were educated you would know this.
Hey she really messed with the team, the whole game they kept saying the players were not focused. Do you think she would be willing to interview the Raiders before my Broncos play them. She might be the best secret weapon for screwing over your opponent.
She should be apologizing. This was meant to be provacative and she knows it. It looks like it would take months to fit those jeans on without help. Please!!!!!!!! If you want to be a female reporter in football 1) Don't be attractive 2) You better not be an attention hooker dressed like that
I think miss tease owes the public an apology for her sick behavior. Totally 100% guilty and should be charged with 1st degree indecent exposure and give up her job. She is obviously not serious about being professional!
Here's my take on it. Women should not be permitted in a men's locker room and men shouldn't be permitted into a woman's locker room. There was absolutely no reason for her to be there. There was no big game going on, she wasn't going to get "out scooped" by another reporter . . . it was a practice. She should have waited outside for an interview. If it was a big game, send in a guy reporter. If she must go in (for whatever reason that may be) she should have been dressed in either a polo shirt, Jets football Jersey or a respectable conservative outfit. With a body like that she's going to look good in anything she wears, but be professional about it. She knows exactly what she's doing and enjoys dressing sexy, enjoys the spotlight and enjoys the fact that men are looking at her and enjoys being in front of the camera. HOWEVER . . . the guys werent perfect either. Both were wrong. My final word on the subject is that NO ONE (whether male or female) should be permitted in the locker room unless they are associated with that team. The guys should be able to curse, joke around, say what they want, blow off steam, walk around naked and change in private. Okay, I'm done.
Memo to Inez:
Dress like a pro, not like a ho. You can't be the
"hottest sports reporter in Mexico" (is that an honor?)
and be taken seriously as a "journalist." In short:
grow up, muchacha.
PS: kudos to you, nevertheless, on your astounding ass!
In advance, sorry for the length of this! Didn't know how to phrase this all economically.
Wow some of the comments here reveal some strong social tensions. Having not been there, it's pointless to speculate on the extent of her or the teams behavior. I don't think she looks inappropriately dressed here, nor do I think that any attire can warrant disrespectful behavior- that being said, the actions described here are not detailed enough for us to know if they were offensive, although given that people present found it objectionable, and my experiences as a girl, I would warrant a guess that there were probably some disrespectful comments and actions.
So many comments here are themselves exemplary of negative attitudes about women's bodies. I agree that professional situations should warrant a certain dress style, and I agree that there is nothing wrong in liking beautiful women. However, as a 20 year old girl, I know how it feels to be embarrassed and offended by men who don't understand how there behavior can make you feel. I'm not talking about whistles or "intentionally overthrown passes", I'm talking about stuff like the comments posted here that make you feel both threatened for your safety and like wearing a burka.
To quote:
"she forfeits any right to complain" "she's asking for it" "There is a reason why Muslims cover their woman up" "reminds me of the girl that went up to Mike Tyson’s hotel room at 2 in the morning yet she wanted our sympathy" "If you don't want to be gawked at, don't be hot" "she's a butterface"
The Mike Tyson reference is to rape, of course. The commenter who posted about the double standard between men acting like this versus women acting like this missed one thing- men, in general, do not have same level of anxiety about sexual assault from women the way that women do about men. I am NOT saying that expressing sexual desire makes a man a rapist... NO, that is innocent and normal. But SOMETIMES comments or actions ("she's asking for it") are ones that invoke that fear while simultaneously making us hate our bodies ("don't be hot"). Some women are more sensitive to it than others, some probably over sensitive. I have had men come up to me on the street and tell me I'm beautiful or ask for a phone #, it's awkward but not offensive... but try walking home while being followed by a car of men yelling things at you, of being touched in a sexual manner by strangers in the street, of wearing something sexy that gets you things and made you feel you finally had some degree of power to rival that of men and freezing when something happens and you feel it's your fault just because of what you wore. But see, it happens no matter what you wear. So we can hide our bodies in shame and give men a pass to any behavior, or we can acknowledge that while boys will be boys, there is a line between what is silly and normal and what is disrespectful and that as human beings we are capable of controlling ourselves and not behaving in ways that relegate our fellow person to a piece of meat.
WAS SHE SPEAKING SPANISH IN THE LOCKER ROOM ??? THEN I WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY !!! THIS IS AN AMERICAN SPORT !!!!
Damned if you do, damned if you don't
All of you are ignorant pieces of you know what......one uppers. I bet all of you are fat asses....if the shoe fits put it on...
puta
talk about a bubblebutt!
Why would you assume this mexican is looking for a handout through litigation?? She happens to have money a husband and children so don't assume all Mexicans are poor and desperate to live here! There are many that are perfectly happy where they live and are very rich.
of course gringos comments... and gringas jelouse!!!bcs they are ungly, vulgar and lack of education like most of USA people... no bcs we got but we deserve the animal uncontrolling instict of the stupid man!!! stop to defending rednecks!!
Inez no niegues te encanta la verga y enseñar las nalgas pobre de tu marido, el tipo tiene que ser un cuernu
She is a skanky, opportunistic LOSER with a fat bubble ass and no conception of American football or legitimate journalism. If there is any justice in the world, Suzy Kolber, Pam Oliver or Michele Tafoya will kick her sorry ass and educate her on the game and how to dress and conduct herself (and make her apologize for making THEIR jobs more difficult). She has NO business on an American football field, nor does she deserve to even be in the presence of gentleman like Mark Sanchez or Rex Ryan. She accuses others of setting back women's sports journalism 50 years. No, honey, YOU did, by showing up in a place where you didn't belong, dressed inappropriately and crying 'wolf' when you got called-out for drawing the negative attention that YOU were looking for. That was your point
Go find a soccer field or a pageant or a plastic surgeon. You look like you've been around the world on your face. Die.
You guys sound like a bunch of idiots. Honestly... It doesn't matter how you dress, fact of the matter is the players were disrespectful and rude. Don't get me wrong, she looks mad hot, but as a pro, gentleman and role model around the country that was inprofessional and makes people see less in them.... Plus they suck as a team anyways.
