Former tennis star Jennifer Capriati was rushed to the hospital early Sunday after paramedics responded to a call for a possible drug overdose, according to a report from TMZ.

The call came from a Riviera Beach hotel.

Capriati, 34, was one of the brightest stars on the tennis circuit in her teens, but has struggled with off-the-court issues through the years.

Her father told TMZ that she is "recovering well."

i hope she recovers and gets back to tennis.
she was always my favorite player.

Wow, that's sad. I knew at times she had off court problems, so I certainly hope she recovers. She could have been one of the really greats. Maybe she got too good while she was so young.
