jake-delhomme-browns.JPGThe Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with longtime Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme on a two-year contract, according to ESPN'S Adam Schefter.

Earlier this week, the Browns signed another quarterback, Seneca Wallace, pretty much mandating the end of the Brady Quinn era in Cleveland. The team also released Derek Anderson earlier this week.

The 35-year-old Delhomme was released by the Panthers eight days ago after a woeful 2009 campaign that saw him throw 18 interceptions. In seven seasons with Carolina, Delhomme compiled a 58-40 record and led the franchise to its first Super Bowl.
