john-terry.JPGChelsea defender John Terry was questioned by police and submitted to a breathalyzer test last night after he ran into a member of the team's security staff with his car, breaking the man's leg.

The incident happened after Terry's club was knocked out of the Champions League by Inter Milan.

Terry was trying to navigate his way through a swarm of people after the match. The security guard was able to clear a path, but the player's car clipped him while leaving. Terry failed to notice this, and left the stadium without stopping. He was later visited at home by the authorities, where he consented to a breathalyzer.

It's been a rough couple months for Terry, who lost the England captaincy after reports of an alleged affair with former teammate Wayne Bridge's girlfriend.

Terry has not commented on the alleged affair, but Bridge has refused to play for England in the upcoming World Cup.
