Thumbnail image for erin_andrews_cubs_sexy.jpgThe man convicted of filming naked videos of ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews through hotel room peepholes is facing sentencing in a Los Angeles court today.

Michael David Barrett, a 48-year-old insurance executive, agreed to plead guilty in exchange for a 27-month sentence.

The soon-to-be-dancing star will address the court today. Her lawyer has said she didn't agree with the terms of the sentence and is seeking $335,000 in restitution from Barrett.

Andrews told some TMZ camera people that happened to run into her that she was "very nervous" to see Barrett in court.

What Michael David Barrett did was wrong. He was stalking Erin Andrews, and he had to have had some outside help. If he was asking for a hotel room next to hers. It may not be a criminal act under Federal State or local laws, to go out in public and take pictures of people. And/or their most private parts. Still if someone is looking at you, and showing you to other people without their knowledge. That is an invasion of privacy. Then again Erin Andrews is a beautiful woman, and women look better naked.
