Allen Iverson's bad year got worse today, with news coming out that his wife of 8 1/2 years has filed for divorce.

Tawanna Iverson said that the couple's marriage is "irretrievably broken" and is asking for full custody of their five children. The children range in age from 17 months to 15 years.

The filing comes on the same day thePhiladelphia 76ers announced the veteran guard would not be returning to the team this season. Iverson hasn't played since leaving the team after a Dec. 20 game against the Bulls to be with his sick four-year-old daughter.

I don't feel sorry for a ganster Allen Iverson, I learnt that he has a gambling problems too, I will not be surprised if he ended up on the street. I think his wife is out to clean him, she must have seen something bad is coming, she want to take her own share and sprint with it, seriously I don't blame her, she has to protect the five kids before Allen gamble all the money away.

Chuck, hang in there. You are now a Child of God nad sometimes God allow things to happen to make us stronger. I am praying with you and I pray that you and Tawanna can work things out. Only God can help you and He will Trust Him.

ALLEN IVERSON IS NOT A GANGSTER. NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING WHEN OTHER PEOPLE SPLIT, AND THE FACT THAT HE CARES ABOUT IS DAUGHTER I HI 5 HIM ON THAT ONE, PEOPLE ARE NEVER SATISFIED WITH OTHERS DECISONS. SOME WOULD SAY WHERES THE BABYS DADDY WELL HE IS THERE. AND BY THE WAY THEY SAID MICHEAL JORDORN HAD A GAMBLING PROMBLEM, WELL HE NEVER ASKED THEM FOR MONEY, WANNA BET,
