A woman who claims she was raped by Hall of Fame wide receiver Michael Irvin has filed a civil lawsuit against him in Miami.No criminal charges had been filed, but the Broward State Attorney's Office are looking into the case. They are expected to reach a conclusion sometime next week.
The woman alleges Irvin and another man held her down and raped her during a July 2007 encounter.
Irvin's lawyer says the accusations are "totally untrue" and essentially an extortion attempt. He says the extent of Irvin's contact with the woman was limited to "perhaps, meeting her."
Michael Irvin is a racist, here is how I can prove it. On March 19th 2010 me and my family went to six flags over texas and while we were there, I seen Mr. Michael Irvin was there with his son. I think it was his son, but anyway, I worked my way to him through a crowd and ask him for a picture. He replyed " NO " and then turned around to a black women , and she asked him for a picture and he was more then happy to get in the picture with her. I use to be a cowboy fan and that really hurt to know that someone that one looked up to for so many years is racist to white people. I figured I would get this out there for all those cowboy fan who think there cowboy a all good guys. Sorry he is racist!!!
