An Italian television station has apologized for an ill-conceived prank in which a female presenter made it her business to grab David Beckham's business.

Elena Di Cicocci, who is the host of "Le Iene" on Italia Uno, went in for the kill while the soccer enthusiast was answering questions from a throng of reporters. She did all this while wearing yellow gloves, as if she was unclogging a sink or something.

"Le Iene" translates to "The Hyenas," so I'm guessing there's a good amount of hijinx set afoot with each episode.

As you might imagine, Becks wasn't too thrilled with the stunt and was whisked away by security into a nearby hotel.
