Former NFL quarterback and card-carrying member of the "U" Bernie Kosar's stuff will be soon be available for the taking.
A U.S. Bankruptcy judge Wednesday ordered that Kosar's bankruptcy case be turned into a liquidation.
That means that his assets will be sold by a court-appointed trustee and the proceeds distributed to his creditors. The 46-year-old listed $9.2 million in assets and $18.9 million is debt in court documents filed in September and he filed for bankruptcy protection in June.
