Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa are counter-suing their maid Maria Jimenez for breach of contract, a few months after Jimenez levied a suit against the high-profile couple.

What the Bryant's are really concerned about is the confidentiality agreement they say Jimenez signed when she was hired in 2007. That agreement prevents her from talking to the press and others.

Jimenez sued the Byrants in March, claiming harassment and verbal abuse by Vanessa Bryant.

The crux of Jimenez' suit was that Vanessa Bryant displayed a pattern of verbally abusive behavior towards her, while the Bryants claim the former housekeeper is violating her contractual confidentially agreement by speaking to the press.

The parties are expected back in court in July.
