It seems simple enough. Just stand and say "Let's Play Hockey," and 18,000 hockey fans follow suit.

But Vikings All-World running back Adrian Peterson just could not get the job done. Before Tuesday's Minnesota Wild game, Peterson flubbed the State of Hockey's game-opening tradition by messing up the words.
According to the StarTribune, Peterson did practice in the press box before taking the stage. Oh well, at least he's still one of the best -- if not the best -- running back in the NFL.

Here's Peterson saying "Let's Play Hockey."

And, here's the right way to do it.

Who has a better grasp of the game: Adrian Peterson or LeBron James?

It seems simple enough. You write a blog entry that opens with: Just stand and SAY.
