The good news for the embattled Michael Vick? He'll have a job when he's released from prison.

The bad news? It won't exactly be piloting an NFL team.

This, from his lawyer:

"When Vick is released, he plans to work 40 hours a week for a construction company. He did not disclose the wage or give any other details about the type of work that Vick will be performing.
