UPDATE: The Vancouver Sun reports that an autopsy was completed over the weekend in the death of former wrestling star Andrew "Test" Martin. Police have ruled out foul play, but the results of the test won't be available "for weeks."

From WTSP.com:
"Police were called to his home for a welfare check after a neighbor said she could see into his apartment at Post Harbor Apartments and noticed that Test appeared motionless for several hours.

"Right now, Police say they don't think there was any foul play involved."

Martin is a former WWE Intercontinental, European and Hardcore champion. He announced his retirement from professional wrestling in 2007.

From FoxSports.com:

"Martin worked for WWE from 1998 to 2004 and 2006 to 2007. Martin was thrust into a prominent position from the onset because of his size and muscularity, with the "Test" nickname being short for 'testosterone.'

"The 6-foot-6, 280-pound Martin held numerous WWE titles but was best known for his storyline "romances" with Stephanie McMahon (the daughter of promotion owner Vince McMahon) and Stacy Keibler. Martin and Keibler, now an actress who appeared on Dancing With the Stars, had an off-screen relationship as well until splitting several years ago."

Andrew was a Terrific Guy with a Big Heart!! My thoughts and prayers go out to Andrew "Test" and his Family!!

Oh my, such bad news... I mean, I'm a big WWE fan and I remember Test being a great wrestler and very commited to what he liked to do. Ironicly I still remember reading his thoughts after Eddie Guerrero's death and he showed his very human side at the time.

What can I say... I'm shocked.

R.I.P. Andrew "Test" Martin

Being a wwe fan, I am saddened by this event. I am also tired of hearing possible drug overdoses spoke of as "accidental". They kill, and are taken anyway. People's friends die, and they seem to think that they are immune! No foul play-WTF!

R.I.P. Andrew "Test" Martin gone but not forgotten

This story goes to my heart. Test was a amazing wrestler beyond a great man. I am a big fan of the WWE for many years now. In the WWE there have been many losses of great people to drugs. I had found out of this loss early this morning. I couldn't believe this. My heart goes out to his friends and family. WWE didn't just lose a superstar they also lost a member of a family.God Bless His Soul.

R.I.P Andrew 'Test' Martin.

So young...Yet so talented. My thoughts go out to his family, the WWE and 'The Motley Crew'.

Just think, from bodyguard to IC, EURO, HARDCORE and TAG TEAM champ. A Grand Slam in my books.

T&A wont & csnt be the same ever again.

ALL MY PRAYERS GO TO THE FAMILY OF TEST REST IN PEACE AND REST IN PEACE EDDIE AND CHRIST.

Tiger Khan dead at 33.
Paul E. Normous dead at 33.
Andrew Test Martin dead at 33.
And 150 or so others over the past 2 decades.
Pro Wrestling is a business that continues to eat its young. It's time for a REAL look into the industry. These are NOT cartoon characters. They have friends, family, lovers, neighbors like we all do and there is a lot of pain.
If this were pro baseball it would be front page news with the amount of bodies continuing to stack up.

My heart goes out to his friends and family ,Your many loyal fans love you and will not forget you,say hi to Eddie.

R.I.P MATE YOUR NEVER BE FOR GOTTON MY HEART GOS OUT TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS GOD BLESS JUNIOR R.I.P

test makes me sick i cant live with him hes an idiot i hat him so much

Goodbye Test you had many fans still do. Long live Test, Eddie,@ Chris. Help test family through the tough time. We Will Miss You Guys. =(

RIP Test, We will miss u. This proves that wrestling definately needs an off season. Most sports have one. Give the guys and girls time for themselves and their families.

I wonder why anyone even cares. Just another WWE Statistic. When will they learn ?

I did not say this when any other WWE superstar passed away but I will say it now because it is true : Test was my favorite. Like me, he was a Canadian. I loved his style, his look and his charisma. I never stopped waiting around for him to return to the WWE until last week when I found out about this horrible tragedy. He will be extremely missed and may God rest his soul.

I think it is so sad that TEST died i love wwe.
Like eddie, chris died of drugs and i bet test died of them 2.

ttttttttttttttteeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssttttttttttttt

I just couldn't believe what i read last night on the comment
section of YouTube after watching 1 of Test's match. It was truly
shocking! However, the WWE never revealed anything about him after
his death. How careless. He was undoubtedly a great wrestler & always
stood like dominating powerhouse who was truly a World Heavyweight Champion material which he unfortunately never became even after his
surprising return in 2006 where he was proving that he was better than ever and went on against many A-listers like The Rock,Steve Austin,Undertaker,Kane,Chris Jericho,Edge,R.V.D&so on.....
May his soul R.I.P....I miss u TEST.Goodbye.:-(
