Michael Vick thought watching dogs kill other dogs was funny

In case you've developed any sort of sympathy of Michael Vick in the wake of Joey Porter's comments, we learned today that he found the violence humorous.

"In a 17-page report filed Aug. 28, 2008, by case agent James Knorr of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and released Friday under the Freedom of Information Act, a person identified as confidential witness No. 1 said Vick placed pets in the ring against pit bulls owned by "Bad Newz Kennels" at least twice and watched as the pit bulls "caused major injuries."

The witness said Vick and co-defendants Purnell Peace and Quanis Phillips "thought it was funny to watch the pit bull dogs belonging to Bad Newz Kennels injure or kill the other dogs."

This is horrible reporting. The subject leads you to beleive you are going to see a quote from Vick but it's some he said she said type of statement. Horrible journalism only creates more issues for good journalism. Spreading news by hearsay is horrible and will only further bring down Vick. The american people choose and decide which aninmals are okay to slaughter. It's a shame he's getting all the bad news when people go hunting everyday for fun. What's the difference between a deer, rabbit, cow, chicken and dog. Just a matter of who is doing the slaughtering.

May any GM of any Team who considers bringing this barbarian back, now that we learn of these new charges----may that GM's family members be picketed where they attend school, worship, recreate, or otherwise live---no GM of any Team should be allowed by PETA or any other person or Group who respects animals be allowed to get away with bringing this barbarian back under the guise of "its just business" it isnt...its very personal now to every human being who ever loved an animal...Vick killed domestic animals by trained killer animals and laughed at the pain. No Team or GM should shame themselves with this moniker as part of their fold. And if they do, may that GM and their family members be harassed for it. Its a new way to deal since the NFL will not. Society and Sport must come together on not supporting and endorsing through silence and ignorance the torture of animals or humans.

PETA will have Vicks lunch for the rest of his life because of these new revelations and so too better the entire NFL, Indoor Football, Canandian Football and any other place that pays for people to play the sport.
