I don't always make the trek over to Target, despite my friends always showing off their deliciously cute outfits they just purchased for next to nothing. The parking lots, at least in the city, are less than desirable. (And during my last visit to a Target, there was an army full of screaming kids and a suspicious-looking yellow substance on the floor that appeared to something of an, um, accident. Needless to say, that kind of thing sticks with you.)
Yet Target clothing never ceases to amaze me: Their incredibly cheap stuff is actually really, really cute. And since we all have 18 different holiday parties coming up, we'll need to stock up on some affordable party clothes.
