Ah, it feels good when some of our shopping dollars go toward a good cause. It makes us feel less guilty about paying way too much for something. But wouldn't it be great if something was cute, affordable and went to a good cause? A new line of T-shirts from FiveHumans -- a company on a mission to cure ignorance of disease through hip, fashionable clothing -- offers shirts with messages about diabetes that cost a mere $29.50. Plus, 10 percent of the proceeds go to the Diabetes Hands Foundation. According too the FiveHumans site, 24 million Americans have diabetes, and 6.2 million remain undiagnosed and untreated. So if you want to help spearhead advocacy, or if you just think the shirts look cool (which they do), head to www.fivehumans.com.
