Fashion Focus Chicago (see my item below for information) has taken over Millennium Park, but if you want something a little more low-key, try one of these boutique events this weekend:

ROSCOE VILLAGE CHARITY SHOP CRAWL: Shop at boutiques along Roscoe, including Cinnamon Boutique, 2014 W. Roscoe (store items shown above), between 5 and 9 p.m. tonight, October 3, and 15 percent of all sales will be donated to Children's Memorial Hospital. Other stores include A Pied, Fixture, Kickin', Little Threads, Glam-to-Go, Julian Gifts, A Cooler Planet, with Grace, Sacred Art and Original Expressions. Happy shopping!

DRESSING ROOM SHOES OPENING PARTY: The adorable Lincoln Square boutique Dressing Room just opened a sister store a few storefronts down called Dressing Room Shoes. Grab your fellow shoe worshipers and head over for cocktails, snack, sales, specials and giveaways during one of these three parties: from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight, October 3; from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 4, and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 5. Also, the store is launching a new art exhibition from Morpho Gallery, which will run through the end of the month. Enjoy! And if you go to the event, let me know what you think or what you purchased.
