I was hit with a heckuva headcold last weekend and I feel like Steve Buscemi at the end of "Fargo." If only I could get my head out of this woodchipper. I've been making notes and trying to watch some stuff, but it's too hard to write through all this viscous residue in my head. Hope to post again very soon. NyQuil calls...
Phlegmatically yours,
Jim

Hope you feel better Jim.
Forget the NyQuil. Use the netty pot with strong hot salt water and take oscillococcinum, a homeopathic remedy (View Ridge PCC), then you can get back to writing and whatever else it is you do.
Good to know you haven't lost power considering the windstorms.
Get well soon.
There you are! I've been wondering where the hell you've been hiding. Get well soon, Jim!
One of my roommates just battled a cold a couple weeks ago; it laid him low for many days. Feel better soon!
Take elderberry syrup--it's a lifesaver! My congestion was on the verge of turning into bronchitis, and it calmed down in a few days.
Feel better, Jim.
NOW!
Bleh, can't take NyQuil. Gives me terrible, body horror nightmares. reminiscent of a mix between medical reality and Tetsuo: The Iron Man. Horrible stuff, two nights in a row and I was done for good.
Actually, I stopped taking NyQuil because I don't need the acetaminophen. I just take an antihistamine to stop the water from pouring out of my nose and a decongestant when I need to breathe/sleep.
