The urine theme surfaces, or streams, again

Kelly is accused of, among other things, urinating on the allegedly underage girl who appears in the sex video. On Monday, a urine smell polluted the air of the jury room where juror interviews are taking place. On Tuesday, the theme whizzed by again.

A black man with an extensive rap sheet came into the back room to be interviewed Judge Vincent Gaughan and the lawyers on the case. Gaughan noted that among the man's ten arrests was a bust for public indecency and lewd exposure. "I take prescriptions, and I was urinating in an alley," the man explained.

The man was dismissed and will not be serving on the jury.
