Kelly jury could be sequestered, says judge
One potential juror who was concerned about taking time off work if selected to serve during the trial asked Judge Gaughan whether the jury might be sequestered.
Gaughan said he did not plan to sequester the jury, but said that, under certain circumstances, "it might happen."
He'd be more likely to sequester the jury at the end of the trial, once the jury begins deliberating, he said.
Under those circumstances, the jury would stay at a hotel and would not be allowed access to the media or the internet, Gaughan said.
